Works for 4K 60Hz on a legacy graphics card

Works for what I was looking for, 4K 60Hz on a legacy AMD HD 7970 where I couldn't get it through the HDMI port on that card. It still had some startup issues, but eventually it decided to start working, I think it was more the age of the card and drivers.
