The waist seems too loose
I can't find a look that this skirt works in. I've tried this with tank tops and t-shirts, but I can't make the foldable part look too fabric. Just putting it on is still too much fabric, now under the shirt. I tried the next size down and it was too tight so maybe I'm just between sizes.
