I am very upset, the product is no good.

As a direct consequence of this, I went out and purchased a phone, after which I used it for a total of two hours before placing it in its original packaging and returning it the following day. Does not require any repairs to pass the warranty check. There is a presumption that the people working in service will reassure everyone that everything is fine for whatever reason. Then I will not feel guilty about spending the money, and I will proceed with the examination.

It's a shame, because it could have been a flagship product!

. 7 Jan 22: Samsung, congratulate me! I was able to get rid of the S21 Ultra by selling it on eBay in the end. And I went ahead and purchased an iPhone 13 Pro. It does not suffer from any of the aforementioned issues at all. After fiddling with the settings for half an hour, the battery life of your phones drops by 10%, whereas the iPhone only drops by 1% in the same amount of time.

I came out of the sale with a loss of 30,000 dollars, but you did far worse. I shared information with my acquaintances, posted evaluations on all of your bought YouTube reviews, and tried to stop a coworker from purchasing a phone that was comparable to yours.

In light of such a memorable experience, I see no reason to overpay for Samsung phones when you can take a Chinese one that has previously been tried and proven for prices that are two to three times lower.

Pros

The matte black phone may be held in one hand without difficulty. It's possible that this camera is good, but I wasn't able to test it.

Cons

I went out and purchased a black Samsung S21 Ultra 512GB phone, then I drove home and unpacked it before beginning to set it up. To be more specific, I simply pressed the Next, Next, and Next buttons, and the machine started configuring itself on its own. 1. As a direct consequence of this, after approximately one and a half hours of setting up the phone, my hand began to feel like it was on fire. Suddenly becomes really warm. The hand started burning after I had been on the Internet for fifteen minutes. 2) It froze three separate times (1 time with a strip on the screen, 2 others simply did not respond to screen presses). Now I know that the phone may be shut off immediately by pressing the Power key in conjunction with the Volume- key on the keypad. The fourth issue was that the phone would unexpectedly restart itself whenever an application was being installed from the Play Store. It did not give any advance warning before turning off and then back on. Have the same issue when attempting to transfer data from an old A8+ 2022 using SmartSwitch. It is not the fact that the data transfer was completed successfully. 3) There is insufficient power in the battery. To put that in perspective, the performance of my A8+ after two hours of surfing drops by 10%. In addition, the new S21 Ultra setup time was reduced by a quarter of an hour and a half. What exactly is this?
