I like the general design. It was easy to install. I particularly liked the tilting control panel, which makes it easier to use regardless of your height. However, it does not last (less than 2 years). There is a kind of "arcing" defect that manifests itself over time. microwave arc? The smell of burning electricity? Is it a fire hazard? I'm not a techie, but that doesn't seem safe to me. As soon as this happened, of course, I called the number indicated in the materials. Welcome to Kafkaville. I was asked to fill out an application form and submit documentation. Also, they sent someone to look at the microwave and take photos. OK no problem. Now it's been 3 months and they don't tell me what to do about it. I'm not denying my warranty, just "No solution". So my options are to continue waiting without a microwave or just give up and buy a new one. Considering the cost, I'll keep waiting. I heard that ULINE makes a similar microwave. Unlike other brands of drawer type microwave ovens, this one is not made by Sharp and should therefore not have the same defect. If their support and error are corrected, then this is an amazing microwave. Until then, you're betting with your money (and interestingly, your health and well-being). Big! Problem solved, replacement will be shipped within 7-10 days. Today they probably meant 7 to 10 working days or longer. I will call them again tomorrow as it is now the third week and there has been no follow up communication. (Every time I call they ask and confirm my email address, phone number etc. Front desk staff are very nice as they follow the script.)
