The product came as shown in the picture. The clock was already starting and I'm not sure it should have been like that. The only problem I had was the lid in the packaging opened and the chain was hanging out of the box. Although the product is ok. Apart from that, it is a perfect replica of the anime pocket watch except for the decorative face. There are a few scratches on the lid but I think these are real scratches. This can disturb others.
