Review on Kroll by Juan Axum

I liked best about Kroll is how they are quick and efficient when addressing our IT issues. They have proven to be good partners from day 1. The biggest thing I disliked about Kroll is their billing cycle time. It took them over 60 days after completing an engagement to finalize my invoice, which was not helpful when we were looking for a new provider. That being said, Kroll has been very easy to work with throughout this process. We had some issues with our previous provider but Kroll always made me feel like they were there to help us any way possible. Security on our network was low. After working with Kroll and utilizing their threat assessment services, all of our devices were properly patched and our network had much greater overall security. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been able to provide us with some great tips as we continue our journey into cybersecurity. I would say that they are a little pricey but very worth it in the end. They have really helped us secure our network by finding vulnerabilities that were not even known to us.
