The best part about this tool was its ease of use, which allowed me to quickly get started with pentration forms without any training required! I also liked how it made my job easier by reducing manual tasks associated with sending emails after each submission. There were not many cons but we did have some issues getting notifications set up correctly in our email client for certain platforms (e.g., gmail). We used pentrationforms at work as an internal survey/feedback collection platform - so we needed to be able to track submissions across multiple departments within one account.
