The company does not support their product well enough

I like this product. As a technology freak, you sometimes treat the topic a bit roughly. I have a broken pair. If you have contacted Tempo to inquire about a program that allows them to repair a defective item, they will do nothing, including charging a nominal fee for the replacement or repair of the defective item. I also noticed this in relation to the caller ID of the caller. You are talking to Person A. Person B calls you, you see their name and number. You choose to ignore them. Person C calls you, you don't see his name and number. I have confirmed that this is a problem with the phone as the other phone sees the information about Person C's call. Other phones do this too. I can't explain why but it's a firmware issue on the phone.
