Bright enough! for LED Bulbs

Does the light stay on when you turn off the power, almost like a night light? It's not a big deal if you can accept them staying at very weak levels all day/night. I'm sure they shouldn't, but it's fine as kids can see at night if they need a glass of water from the fridge next to the microwave. Not bad for what you pay.
