Headphones split on one side where they fold so I contacted the seller as I was given a guarantee on my previous review. They responded quickly, very kindly and promptly, and while it was a bit difficult to order a new one and use the code they gave me (user error I guess), it wasn't a terrible experience. In total I paid 0.39 to replace my daughter's headphones. Hope they last longer than 2 weeks. My daughter bought these earbuds with her birthday money as she keeps breaking them and I have refused to buy more (yes mom of course). My daughter and I love that the headphones light up, although we both wish they could be turned off (and maybe you can, but I didn't bother to check). They seem sturdy enough for a 10 year old. Not sure about the sound quality but haven't heard any complaints considering we've only had it for a week. So far, so good.
