I usually limit my expectations and write reviews about the price. For the price, this product looks and feels great - the ONLY downside is that it runs incredibly slow, which I see as a functional issue regardless of the price. I saw that KES released another similar model but the screen is open at the bottom. I believe this solves this problem, although I'm not sure how this affects "screen performance". I don't have long hair so the screen didn't really serve much purpose, but I see value in it for the distant future where I may not be alone. I can try replacing or removing part of the filter to make it expire faster. If anyone else had this problem and found a solution please let us know.
