Choking Hazard: Baby and Child Care

Purchased on recommendation of a pediatrician but have had trouble using it. I always gave it to him slowly and every now and then he would spit and cough, but one day he choked so badly he started turning blue. I was afraid I would lose him. Luckily he was able to sort it out, but it was almost a CPR situation. Haven't used it since and wouldn't recommend it. The doctor said any other brand would do, so I'm trying something else.
