2015 from Costco while I lived in Tampa, it worked great for almost 6 years and then the heating stopped. Didn't have to use the heat often, maybe that's why it lasted so long. Switched to TN where it was used more and stopped after 2 years which seems common according to other reviews. The lights were still on so you could still enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Moved to Michigan and decided to buy another one to keep warm as well. After assembling and checking all the options, the flame didn't turn on either via the remote control or manually. Customer Service Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm EST, which is inconvenient during my business hours. Keep the old one and use the heater. So disappointed as it arrived much earlier than expected and a really nice fireplace.
