I would give it a solid 4/5 stars. It works great and is simple and easy to set up and use. The ear pads are comfortable and fit my helmet perfectly. The battery life seems okay. I was only able to get out and ride once for about an hour, but it ran all the time and worked with no issues. I even called my daughter and she heard me with no problem. I will say that the sound is not loud enough. Although I could hear the music perfectly, I wish it was a little louder and I had some issues with my daughter's hearing, but the sound was crystal clear. I would definitely buy it again and I definitely recommend it, especially for those who want a communication device but don't want to spend money. Very good value for money. Pros: Very affordable, clear sound, decent battery life, simple and straightforward setup and use. Cons: The volume could be louder.
