They arrived as quickly as I was told and were in brand new condition. They work well as I use them on both snowmobiles and four wheelers and haven't had any major issues. The only thing some people might have trouble with is syncing it with others and using some of the other features as the number of buttons is limited. I would give it a solid 4/5 stars. It works great and is simple and easy to set up and use. The ear pads are comfortable and fit my helmet perfectly. The battery life seems okay. I was only able to get out and ride once for about an hour, but it ran all the time and worked with no issues. I even called my daughter and she heard me with no problem. We use dirt bike helmets. I used the 3M Dual Lock Recloable Fastener SJ3550 250 Black to secure the modules to the sides of the helmets. Clamps are well made but don't contour curves. 3M holds very well and still keeps it close to the helmet. They're easy to install, but be aware the speakers are a pretty good size and my helmet already fits snugly so I can feel them and I have to wiggle the helmet to get my ears in place , but after that I hardly feel them. They work better than I thought. They pair easily with my Samsung S20 for music and calls. It also works with an Android feature that allows me to send a Bluetooth signal to it as well as my Harley Ultraglide's sound system and allows for different volume controls for both. Sharing music from device to device also works great. Not sure if the range is as good as they claim, but I was able to talk to my son on his bike when we were about 400 yards apart on the ride. Installation was pretty easy.

The M1 Bluetooth/Intercom series is very reliable. I originally had an M1s Pro. And i liked it. Then I got an FX30C with a built-in camera.
