Works great with increased speaker and speakerphone volume. The phone saves the volume that was last set. Bluetooth works perfectly with my TracFone Microsoft 950 XL Windows 10 prepaid smartphone. You can use this phone for making and receiving calls, for people calling either your mobile number or your landline number. It can be connected to 2 Bluetooth devices/mobile phones. It can download up to 1000 of your cell phone contacts but I haven't tried this feature yet as I don't want to have all my cell phone contacts on my landline phone. The base station and handset use 3 "AAA" 600mA NiMH batteries and the standby time seems very good when the handset is not connected to the charger. I talked about these batteries for a few hours with no problems. This is a high quality block. In my current setup, an AT&T GSM cellular smartphone (with Bluetooth connectivity) sits on the kitchen table and is connected to a Clarity XLC7BT base station phone about 20 feet away, with the base station connected to an additional Clarity XLC7HS handset in the main bathroom is . about 40 feet.
