Don't put your phone on it
My HDMI connected monitor intermittently turns off when I leave my phone too close to this dock which must be an interference issue. Also, I can only connect one monitor to it. If I connect two it will only reflect. The specs warn you need small monitors to use this without mirroring. Given that and the fact that there is only one USB-A port, this isn't a very efficient docking station for me, it just saves me a plug-in.
