Review on TDHDIKE by Kenneth Rich

My aspirations for TDHDIKE were great, however I had nothing but bad luck while shopping on their website. The website was cumbersome and not user-friendly at all. It took an inordinate amount of time to locate my desired item, and then the checkout was a complete ordeal. When the shipment finally came, I was dismayed to discover that some of the beading equipment I had ordered were missing. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for a lengthy time and given unsatisfactory answers. What's worse is that the things I did receive were of poor quality. The beads were poorly crafted and low-cost, and the needles and thread were worn out. Finally, I had to take everything back and look for a new retailer. Unless you take pleasure in experiencing irritation and disappointment, I would not suggest TDHDIKE. Don't bother with this store if you want to avoid hassle.
