Let me first say that this is a smart product. If done correctly, it should clean both sides of the window pane at the same time. And I have a feeling that this is mostly true. However, I have some reservations. This requires more strength than I can muster in the long run. The device pulled glass without moving easily. And the reason is that the magnets needed to hold the device while cleaning are STRONG. I've used it on a single pane window and perhaps a double pane would provide enough clearance to reduce magnetic attraction and allow for a gentler cleaning. Also, the first thing I broke was my finger after pulling the two sides of the window cleaner apart. He stood up and caught my thumb. To be fair, the instructions clearly say to be careful for that very reason, but it's worth repeating. My fault, but that didn't make the pain any less. I wanted to give my full approval because windows are a labor intensive and time consuming job. I will continue to use the device in the hope that with practice it will become perfect.
