LOST MY FITBIT :( fits Wearable

The clasp broke during a normal walk in the park. When I realized it was gone I came back and found the wristband but the Fitbit itself was it DOESN'T.There is no way to get my money back, now I don't have a fitbit for the new year and I'm so sad I can't afford another one, and this company will not refund Fitbit if you decide not to purchase decide, watch it regularly so you don't lose your device like me! :'(
