Purchased in October for anniversary gift for my husband. Worked great for about 3 days and has now stopped working completely. I follow the directions completely and nothing happens. I can hear the motor running so something is going on but nothing happens. I have emailed fuzzics and am hoping to get some information on where to go from here? At this time I would say not to purchase this as it’s not cheap and definitely should work beyond what it has. Bummer.***Update: Fizzics sent us a new gasket ring and the machine works perfectly again! Customer service was great.
