I've been trying to cook again for 3-6 days (depending on how many meals I plan in a day). What I like about them is that they hold up well. 5 cups and you get 8 containers. I cook a lot of protein bowls, oatmeal, and steamed veggies. They're perfect for all that and more. Again you get 16 items (container and lid) which means you can work with 8 containers which is ideal for one meal a day or 4 days of two meals a day. I'll admit that if I'm only making one meal a day, I use extra food to store leftover chicken or ground beef. Lids are the best I've seen for something like this. I'm actually considering a 3.7 cup for things like steamed veggies and protein. These are rectangular and have 2 sections for those wondering. I want to improve my game and start grinding so this will be a big game changer and help me stay on track. If you are looking for something that is easy to clean, sealed and works like a charm. I highly recommend this. They're pretty affordable, and that said. You get what you pay for. So I have no problem spending money on things that are worth it.
