This is a high pressure copper plating that prevents parts from rusting and seizing. If people stopped tightening things like lug nuts and basically anything else on a car where they can pointlessly hammer it in with pneumatic tools, this company probably wouldn't work. However, people are lazy and refuse to use a manual torque wrench to get the correct torque readings, making this product and company very profitable. Good deal, good product. Too many lazy mechanics, especially when tightening nuts. FOR YOUR HEALTH!
