Descent Bands in my review

I've been using these bands for a couple weeks now and have found them to be a nice addition to my workout routine. I even added some exercises into my routing that were illustrated in the included pamphlet. Because the bands are color coded and marked to indicate resistance level you can quickly switch between them throughout your routine.So far I have not had any cracks or tears in the bands. Depending on the movement or motion in which you are using the band you will experience some rolling of the bands. However what I love about these bands is that they don't become a sticky mess that you have to spend time trying to straighten out. I've even used 2 bands at once and they easily come back apart and return to their original shape.
