an edge in a crowded, low-margin product field

There's not much you can do to add jet fuel to a set of resistance bands. They're basic. What I like about this assortment is the convenience factor. First, the color coding is great for quick identification of the resistance to which you want to ascend or descend as your next step. Second, the handy little bag that accompanies the bands makes it marginally more likely that they won't become a fixture of the much-strewn workout landscape. For my wife and me, living and working out in a modest…

Pros
  • Una buena inversión, muy buena
Cons
  • The material is to flimsy and it tore on the 2 use.

Durable exercise bands, comfortable, easy to carry.

I recently started working out with exercise bands and I love them. You can do many different types of exercises with these. You get four types of bands with different levels of stretch, which allows for different intensity of workouts. You also receive a pamphlet with some exercises you can do, and a small bag to carry the bands in.So far I've been using these in my Barre classes for leg work and I really like them. You put them around your thighs and they help you exercise your glutes, quads…

Pros
  • I use 2 to give a good resistance and work out
Cons
  • Very disappointed because some of the resistance bands were missing.

Fun colors, perfect for a workout on the go

I had never tried this type of resistance band before (I've used the longer, jump-rope style bands with handles) but these seemed like they might be great to take on work trips, short vacations, etc so I thought I'd give them a try. When they arrived I thought they seemed way too small, but the stretch is incredible, they really do go around your body with room to spare! So far I've mostly stuck with squats, but the box included a helpful exercise guide for resistance band newbies, which was…

Pros
  • Portzon Resistance Loop Bands are versatile enough to be used in a wide range of exercises, from yoga and Pilates to strength training and rehabilitation
Cons
  • Limited instruction included

Affordable Addition for Gym Bag Or at home Gym

Due to Covid, my daughter who worked at a gym that closed started working out at home. I ordered these resistance bands to add variation to her workouts. Her thoughts about the bands:*It's convenient having 4 different "strength" bands in one package. She did mention that the hardest band was good for her but she felt someone who had more experience with bands would find them insufficient.*Color coding was convenient so you don't have to guess.*They store nicely without taking up much space in a

Pros
  • Portzon Resistance Loop Bands are a great way to add variety to your workout routine, keeping things fresh and exciting while still achieving great results
Cons
  • Can be expensive compared to other similar products on the market

It is OK. in my review

Well packaged, with nice instructions and pictures of exercises that can be done with these bands. That said, I see one problem:1. Plastic touch to hands /legs. a bit irritating for me, especially in the fully extended state - unlike a fabric covered elastic bands; It is even more irritating if you sweat.Knowing these are plastic elastic bands, you know what you are getting into:1. Resistance won't be uniform across the stretch; easier in the beginning and more towards the end; these bands have…

Pros
  • They are compact and easy to store, making them perfect for those with limited space
Cons
  • Requires additional education before use

Looks are deceiving

These bands look thin, and I didn’t think they would last one work out. To my surprise, they were really do the job. With working out at home, I need to step up what I can do with limited space. These increase the value of planks, lunges, and add to my stepper workout. The colors are cute, and the difference in the bands is noted by the colors.

Pros
  • So easy to tuck in my weekend bag
Cons
  • Bands can roll up during use

Work well. in my review

These are nice bands. They go up in resistance, so there's a variety for different needs/wants. They're different colors, but the bands also have the strength(with both words and dots) on them. While I already have resistance bands, these loop ones help add more exercise possibilities for me. They seem well made and I haven't had any issues with them so far.

Pros
  • They are lightweight and easy to carry, making them ideal for use both at home and on-the-go
Cons
  • Not ideal for outdoor use

High-quality, convenient and comfortable

These resistance exercise loop bands are a great idea that eliminates the need to tie regular bands into loops (and then untie when you want to use them as a straight band). It's a great timesaver! These bands appear to be made well and were a good value. They came with various levels of resistance.Overall we are very pleased with this product.

Pros
  • These bands are great for use in Pilates exercises, allowing users to perform a variety of deep squats and other workouts
Cons
  • Can be too thick for certain exercises

Great for a beginner

This is a solid set of bands. They have multiple weights and are you standard bands. They are not as strong as I expected as they do roll up when you're using them. Despite this, they're great for quick use and nice to have during a call, or when you're multi-tasking. Love the colors too.

Pros
  • Portzon Resistance Loop Bands are perfect for stretching and improving flexibility in the arms and legs
Cons
  • Limited color options

Descent Bands in my review

I've been using these bands for a couple weeks now and have found them to be a nice addition to my workout routine. I even added some exercises into my routing that were illustrated in the included pamphlet. Because the bands are color coded and marked to indicate resistance level you can quickly switch between them throughout your routine. So far I have not had any cracks or tears in the bands. Depending on the movement or motion in which you are using the band you will experience some rolling…

Pros
  • Portzon Resistance Loop Bands can be used to target specific muscle groups, making them a valuable tool for customizing workouts
Cons
  • Not suitable for children

great bands good for me

I tried another brand of resistance loops that claimed to have varying resistance, but they all felt exactly the same. That's not the case here. You can feel right away the difference in stretchiness. This allows for a heavier band for stronger muscles or lighter when needed. I love that they are color coded, though it will take me some time to memorize which is which. The labels are clear in the meantime. It might have been nice to print the labels in more than more place on each band. They…

Pros
  • They ate pretty good
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with injuries

Sent broke: my feedback

I received the easy band with a rip in it. Not that great very easy if you are very weak maybe this is for you but they suck! They aren’t really sturdy and move alot. Trashed them a week after I got them.

Pros
  • Travel easy
Cons
  • Not that great very easy if you are very weak maybe this is for you but they suck

Well worth having a set at home, and the office

I, like most people, go through phases of dedication to my gym routine. When I’m in a good routine p, there is nothing worse than not being able to go. Missing scheduled workouts, can be okay once, but there is nothing worse than missing a few. Having the ability to work different muscle groups, from home, or work, is invaluable. Unless you a lucky enough to have a gym at your workplace, or some machines ar home, you are basically out of luck. This set is just enough to give you an "interim”…

Pros
  • Love having 4 different strengths. They are very durable, beautiful colors & easy to use.
Cons
  • Doesn't provide enough tension for advanced users

Excellent product, works great!

Excellent product for the price point. I use my bands 3 to 5 times a week on average. The one I use the most starter to rip a bit but that could have just been me stretching it beyond its limits. (Not sure if I did or not, but just guessing). Would highly recommend these for a cheap alternative to at home gym equipment.

Pros
  • They are comfortable to use, with a soft and flexible material that won't pinch or chafe
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with mobility issues

They work but have limited function

These are simply giant rubber bands. They do work to exercise the muscles without danger of dropping weights on one's self. The drawback is they are not easy to hold by the hand. Slipped on the wrists or ankles, they are fine, but to hold one by the hand for exercising the biceps for instance, they curl and put extra pressure on the fingers. All in all, they are a good tool in one's exercise program for resistance training.

Pros
  • Love the different levels it comes with.
Cons
  • Can cause muscle soreness if not used correctly
