I recently started working out with exercise bands and I love them. You can do many different types of exercises with these. You get four types of bands with different levels of stretch, which allows for different intensity of workouts. You also receive a pamphlet with some exercises you can do, and a small bag to carry the bands in.So far I've been using these in my Barre classes for leg work and I really like them. You put them around your thighs and they help you exercise your glutes, quads and hamstrings. Also I like to use these for my upper body workouts. They are very easy to use at home or at the gym to exercise your chest, shoulders, arms, etc.Easy to use, durable, and they are comfortable to wear and don't chafe your skin. Very happy with these exercise bands, would recommend.
