ADHD + depression for manual toothbrushes

I have depression and ADHD. Sometimes I just forget to brush my teeth or can't remember if I brushed my teeth; Sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed and splash into the bathroom to brush your teeth. So I threw some in my purse, in my car, on my desk, and the rest I keep next to my bed. Prevents my mental health from doing more damage to my physical health. (No, I'm not replacing that with regular brushing—they just make life easier on my crippled brain.) It's not. There is a ton of paste on them but they shouldn't be and due to the nature of the product is it less paste and more gel covering the bristles? People who say they can't taste anything either got a bad batch or are used to using way more toothpaste than me I guess. "pasta" is. That works well enough. If you have a hard time remembering to brush your teeth, getting out of bed to brush your teeth, being mobile enough to brush your teeth (due to mental health issues or a physical disability), this is one good investment.
