Here is such a cool adapter. Well connected, there's a missed hole in full flow so it's a shaky spray. The other function works fine. HOWEVER, and the reason I am returning it is that red water comes out the first time you turn on the faucet! I learned this after installing it in my van for a week and then checking everything before the trip when I turned on the RED WATER. It washes off, but after a few hours the water is RED again. I'm guessing there's some kind of paint or nasty rust in there. I'm sending it back and wouldn't advise anyone to buy it.
