They are quite warm to be honest and seem to be of a higher quality than some of the fluffy slippers I found locally. They were part of a 'snuggly gift' for my 3.5 year old daughter to celebrate her sister's birth which also included a mermaid blanket. As you can see from the photo, we ordered a set smaller. This foot in my photo is mine, size 11 wide on a 6ft 190lb frame and they fit me like regular crew socks. I don't want to return them because she will use them eventually but maybe in a year or two. If you are thinking about buying them for a child, you should choose the smallest size available or at least one size smaller than you think you will need. They are of decent quality and should last quite a while. I have no cons for these others then they seem a bit big to me.
