Review on Browsee by Dave Rasic

I love using browse to help identify my customers' needs as well have them provide feedback for future products/services they would like us offer in our store! It also helps me understand what is important when it comes down too customer service so that we can be proactive with their concerns or questions rather than just waiting around until something happens (which usually never does).

Some features are not very user friendly but this seems minor considering how useful some of these functions really do make life easier at times especially if you run an online business where time matters greatly!! You cannot beat its price either which makes things even better! Definitely use. The benefits far outweigh any cons i've encountered yet!!
