I can deal with broken cosmetic parts but there was no ZERO manual for the monitor arm that was supposed to come with this stand 1st. Very handy, I laid out the parts to assemble only to find that there are a few pieces of something and not the important parts to attach the monitor plate to my hand. Don't even try to call MOUNT IT. All indications are that everyone is on the phone, even the accounting department, and that all mailboxes are full. I spent half my life talking to Revain support and then wanted me to send it back. Well I already have it! DO NOT risk. There are many other options out there!
