I like that this bot can be integrated with any iOS or Android application, so you could use it to create test invites for your app without having to send them via email first! It's also really easy to set up. The UI isn't great; there are lots of features available but they're not clearly marked out in an intuitive manner. You have to dig through every feature to figure out how it works - especially if you haven't used bots before. But once you do find what you need, it does work well. My biggest gripe about using BoardingBot has been sending out emails - just getting everyone on board when building apps. This way we've created automated processes for our team, so now anyone who wants to build an app gets access right away. We get all kinds of people interested in creating new applications for us.
