Ordered the RCC100P but recieved the RCC7P. Pressure isn't great. Takes a while to fill up a glass. Taste is good. Bulky design.

The RO water filtration system was easy to install. What I liked best is their customer service Department. Francis @ iSpring provided me top notch service to get my system configured to meet my needs. Francis also helped design a solution to store more RO water so that I can fill my kettle on brewing days by adding their T20 20 gal water tank with a "T" splitter to utilize both the original 3.2 gal tank plus the 20 gal tank.Thank you Francis!

We have run this RO system for several months and have really enjoyed the improvement in water quality, especially for our coffee equipment.It was easy to install, with some additional parts for the drain saddle.We had one issue with the original faucet being loose and "wiggly", and customer service quickly sent a replacement.

Great system. It installed easily and is being used for both the fridge line as well as a pot filler since both are used for drinking water. This is our first RO system and overall we are very happy with this system. We have this installed in our kitchen sink base cabinet. I had an older RO system ,2012, that had served me well but it started sprouting leaks everywhere. I decided it was time for an upgrade. The booster pump on this model is well worth the extra $. I installed this system 2 months ago, checking it regularly. Today it dropped to 24ppm from 32ppm last month and 40ppm at installation with nearly 1:1 waste water production using 400+ppm tap water—very satisfied!

Crisp clean and fresh water always available. It is fairly easy to install with basic plumbing knowledge and a couple wrenches. I would buy again and recommend it to anyone who wants to buy less bottled water and help protect the environment by having less waste. Thanks ispring

Received this filter is a big box. I thought it was difficult to install it. Because my granite surface didn't have a hole to install it. We chose the water outlet of the linked refrigerator without making a hole. We drink water through the water outlet of the refrigerator. So we won't waste a lot of water.

Works well, has higher throughput and efficiency than many.The clear filter canister is perfect for the initial filter that traps sediment, allowing you to see when it may need replacement.Had a minor leak on one connection, but used replacement in the box to fix.Plastic valves for both the pressure tank and the sink inlet are disappointing vs appropriate metal fittings, but work fine.This unit doesn't have the remineralization stage after filtering, so don't expect amazing tasting…

Very easy to install. Great tasting water. Probably too large to easily go under the sink, but the pump is sufficient for at least 20 feet

This was a replacement of my old system that did not have a pump. I'm glad I replaced my system. I learned so much with this system and how to maintain the system and when filters should have been changed. What it cost me to replace three filters for a year was outrageous. I can now replace all 5 filters for 3 years for less than 3 filters for a year. the wife loves the taste and I do to. We only buy bottled water for special days or traveling. Love this system. I may buy my brother in-law one.

If you're looking at this system you likely have low water pressure and or high demand. I have low water pressure as my well is on a 20-40psi pressure switch. I've been using this system for a few months now and it does a fantastic job. It takes a good month to get rid of the "new filter/system" taste. Pressure is great, pump runs quiet, and it performs well. I'd definitely recommend it. I made an installation guide that you can search for on YouTube.

I am pleased with the 5 stage 100 gpd unit. It is not for people that aren't familiar with plumbing and electrical to install. It came as a partly put together kit. The one big drawback with this unit is if there is a power outage the unit will not make water. The upside is the positive water shutoff, so it won't wast water.The unit takes water with 800 ppm down to 35 ppm of stuff in the water. I did not test the ph.
