Review on Dyntell Bi by Chris Palmer

I like their ability to provide real-time insights for decision making at any level of an organization or department. They are very flexible with customization options, which allows us to create custom reports as per our business needs. There isn't much dislikes about this software apart from minor UI issues here and there (which could be resolved by proper training). This is definitely worth trying out if you want to get insights regarding KPIs and metrics within your organization! We have been able to understand our customers' behaviour better and adapt accordingly.
