I liked that we could record all calls, even when one person was speaking in another language or soft-spoken voice. Nothing really! The program took longer than it should to load sometimes (especially if there were multiple callers). It made recording conversations more difficult due to time lag issues. Other companies have this problem as well so you need to look for other options, especially ones that don't take almost 10 minutes once loaded up before they start functioning properly. If someone called your organization then needed something resolved right away, our staff had less interruptions with clarifying what exactly happened during those phone calls with customers/clients. Nothing bad to say about this product. It has been very good for our organization as well as all of my agents. The customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend clarfy & record. Their customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help out any time of day or night. I have been using their product for awhile now and haven't had any issues at all. We use it during sales calls as well as customer service calls.
