In general, a solid 4. For a budget DSLR, it’s very good. It’s definitely worth taking from 18-135, since 18-55 is nothing at all, with such optics (18-55) the pictures will be like those of a top-end soap dish, and the weight and price are coo-but more. And then, if you grow, 18-55 will only gather dust on the shelf, when 18-135 can be sold at half price and buy a decent set of filters.
