Works great with my iPad and when the phone is in an upright position. But when I turn my phone sideways, it's too short to hold the folded part on top of the collapsible part. However, this is fixable if it's never closed so it gets used to staying open. I bought it primarily for my iPad so I don't mind it, but if you want it to view things widescreen on your phone and you don't have a LARGE phone, this might not be the desktop for you. .
