Not impressed at first

Installed them on a gold cart with a 48v to 12v converter. Easy installation for lighting. Reached for the remote to increase the brightness, nothing. Tried color change, nothing. Changed the battery in the remote control, still nothing. I'll call the company on Monday and see what they think. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. The new remote worked great. Very impressed with customer service. Didn't have to fight for them to fix it.
