I like this gadget. Compact, All-in-One, Easy to Use, FOOL PROOF and . gives me the CONFIDENCE to prepare meals for my child. I've read tons of web reviews and blogs about this product and reviewers seem to miss/misunderstand my mother's "category". I cook when I can. I bake when I get the chance, though. basically I don't have the time or the confidence to do something "new". And clear some dishes! So many blogs out there are penalizing Beaba buyers for wasting money - and urging us to buy cheap steamers and dust off our blenders, food processors and food grinders. I listened to these moms when I had my first child (and Beaba hasn't been to the US yet). I bought a meat grinder; I pulled out the steamer basket. and. I'm cold. My baby ONLY ate GLASS (organic) food! until she could chew food in my comfort zone. The baby food, all the preparation and coordination of all these supplies was so intimidating. I was afraid I would be wrong. or not adequately maintaining sterility. or I would get lost in all the piles of things I have to put away after each prep! THEN BIBA! Not enough to clean, not spoil, not rummage through drawers and not juggling appliances in my limited space! I LOVE IT! Call me motherfucker! But don't call me reckless with money! Organic baby food is $1.10 per can and my child eats 4-6 cans a day. I've had my Beaba for 6 weeks now and it has already paid for itself. By the way, you can adjust the consistency to your child's taste as they grow up. I suppose soon I will only use it for steaming and not for blending. I. I doubt it will become a permanent decoration of my kitchen! But . he paid for it himself! Carrots smell like carrots! and .
