I think it's the same German knife we're used to but the packaging is different and the name is now Premium Fine Point Blade. The cap is now white, but the back says it's a durable German carbide blade. I can't find any confirmation on the Cricut site, but they appear to be the same. And I looked it up on other craft websites and it shows this blade so I'm guessing it's just newer packaging but the same blade that we're used to.
