To the point! on dies

These should be the only blades available for Cricut. I bought some cheaper ones a while ago and it was clear I made a mistake. When it comes to quality, Cricut blades are unmatched by bargain-priced blades.

Pros
  • Big selection
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Worked well until it failed

Worked great for a while (3 or 4 haircuts). I had to adjust the pressure a bit, but everything is fine. Then today it starts to cut everything wobbly (see picture). I ruined a few pieces of vinyl before I thought it might be the blade. Went back to the old knife and it cut normally again. Wouldn't buy this blade again.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Will work

Not as advertised: Stamped and embossed

I was reading the reviews and thought I was getting some pretty good thin blades for my Cricut Maker. My 1st blade worked fine but only lasted a few cuts. My second, third and fourth blades didn't even cut copy paper. I had to switch the setting to thick cardboard. I've learned my lesson: buy genuine Cricut Fine Point blades and stock them up when the sale is on.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Appearance

New packaging and text.

I think it's the same German knife we're used to but the packaging is different and the name is now Premium Fine Point Blade. The cap is now white, but the back says it's a durable German carbide blade. I can't find any confirmation on the Cricut site, but they appear to be the same. And I looked it up on other craft websites and it shows this blade so I'm guessing it's just newer packaging but the same blade that we're used to.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Perfect, clean cuts every time!

I have a small home based business using my Cricut Explore. This blade was highly recommended to me by other seasoned Cricut users who swear it should cut better and last longer. I mainly use my Cricut for vinyl and HTV and it cuts great! I've had this knife in my car for a few months now and it still cuts like new. However, for the occasional craftsman, a regular blade will suffice. It cuts great too, but for those looking for a more professional/consistent look in their cuts I would…

Pros
  • Punches
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Don't know what happened to the quality

Not sure if it's real or fake, it looked like a real Cricut blade to me but it was very dull. I've ordered this blade on here before and it worked flawlessly, but when I got it I put it in my case as usual and couldn't get it to cut anything. I had to turn the GlitterVinyl setting all the way to More to make it cut through standard vinyl, and even then I couldn't easily remove the main shapes. I spent about three times as much time working on my assignments. with this blade than I would have…

Pros
  • Stamping & Embossing
