Update! This is still my favorite pair of shoes months later. They are worn all the time. The sole can be a little thin if you don't lift your feet when walking like I would expect most sandals to. They even stay in the water. These are great shoes for showering at the gym or walking all day. Had to report an update because it's my lifeline for comfort now. I'm going to put these shoes on and wear them all day, yes day, all day, and I look forward to it. I need another pair so I can only have one inside and one outside. The pillow is incredibly comfortable. The straps were a little bothersome at first but now that I've had them for a week they are less stiff and feel good. The plastic triangle that holds the straps where the pinky bone is can be a little annoying, but that went away for me as the shoes wore out. The shoes are reliable, but if they get completely wet you can slip a little in the shoes themselves, but not on the wet floor. I wear them in the locker room and in the shower at the gym and have no problem with them. I wear them for walks and feel comfortable. They have become my favorite shoes. I have a pair of Tevas that are 8 years old and love them. I wanted other shoes like my Tevas so that I can take care of them as they are also suitable for hiking. While comfortable, this shoe is not suitable for hiking, but is ideal for everyday use. I have plantar fasciitis and a metal plate on my right ankle and these shoes have relieved my typical heel pain. 10/10 will buy more from this brand.
