While nothing is inherently flawed, it just didn't work for what I needed. I have an illness and its treatment can include days of lying on my back waiting for my body to heal. During this time, I often write, create art, read, or maintain a social media account through my iPad. Mixing a tablet with my phone and different remote controls isn't easy, so I was hoping that a tablet like this would solve my problem, but that wasn't exactly the case. First, it's very flat, which is good when you're sitting at a 90-degree angle, but when you're lying down it's as flat as your knees with a bit more stability due to the hardwood/plastic pallet on top. It's not crammed with many pillows, so the pillows are less than a month old and already starting to deflate. Typing isn't very comfortable either, as the tablet digs into your hands due to the non-adjustable tilt angle. I say all this but to be honest I did not return this item. Turns out my partner needed something like this for school and was glad to have it and uses it often now. So it works for some people, but as a bedridden disabled woman who spends a lot of time cooped up in bed, I can definitely say that it doesn't work in cases like mine.
