I received this product, it looks like my 8 year old was taped around a tree. Terrible quality material. waste of money. This does NOT look like the photo on the Revain listing. I wouldn't pay more than $9.99 for it, let alone the $23.99 Revain fees. All in all a bad experience.

Nice tree, unfortunately it stopped working as soon as the return window closed! Happy to update my rating based on customer service. The supplier contacted me and offered to replace the product. The exchange went well. Works perfectly. I have never received this level of service. Thank you!

They are so nice and cozy BUT each of them has 3 AAA batteries that you have to keep changing. I read the reviews and no one mentioned this. When I went to return them I was told there were other complaints about the same issue. So I sent them back and ordered a different brand. So far, so good. But they are so cute.

The base of the tree is quite small, it doesn't seem very strong so I took a 10" x 10" piece of wood underneath (painted white) and used some strong velcro. to attach it. It comes with small stakes for outside use which would be great but inside I really felt like it would fall off if my kids accidentally hit it. It's inexpensive for some reason, but it's easy to use and beautifully lit. For the holidays I started hanging light decorations on it, very charming :-)

I love this item. The only reason I gave this purchase 4 stars is because the function of the battery box in this set differs from another set I bought from this seller two weeks ago. My first purchase has a power button on top of the base and a "timer" option which I really like. I love this. They were easy to take out of the box. It is convenient to arrange the branches. The only thing that bothers me is that the switch is on the bottom. But I knew that when I bought it. I crochet the items I put on the tree so they all move when I pick it up and try to knock it over to find the switch. Then I have to do everything again.
