I was so excited to finally get my hands on these wireless earbuds because I love the sound and feel of other House of Marley wooden earbuds. I think wood improves bass and sound quality. BUT they didn't live up to expectations. The sound quality is still great, but my issue was the design. The weight is too light, they keep falling off my neck. The previous pair (not to mention production) was flat, properly weighted and balanced. I was naive enough to think the earbuds would tuck into a bandana at this price point and in the promotional image the wooden grommets were actual earbuds on the ends. Without proper magnetic connectors on the weighted ends (like almost every other manufacturer), the headphones just hang aimlessly when not in use. There are grooves in the rubber ring but they don't hold the beautiful braided cords in place at all. Most of the time one side is halfway to my shirt and I feel the end. I like the flexible rubber neck piece, just wish the ends were a little heavier and stay in place and the headphones tuck into the ends when not in use. Sometimes lightness is good, but not in this case.
