Great set for the money

Edit: 11/26/2018: While I still love these sets there are a few things to mention as I have used several on 3 bikes over the past few years. .The main thing to watch out for is the wires going to the connectors. They tend to fail over time, especially where the wires are moving. I found this to be an issue when installing the LED strip under the headlight on my Honda 919. Keeping them in non-traffic areas shouldn't be a problem, but for those who want to get the most out of this headlight, here's how to do it: use dielectric grease on all connections, this will prevent moisture and dirt from getting in, reducing lifespan is extended. Epoxy or hot glue work great here, otherwise the wires can break and the light can change color or go out entirely. I bought these LEDs for a 2015 Ninja 300 motorcycle and not only are they bright enough, but the adhesive sticks really well. I found all the cables and connectors worked right out of the box, installation was fairly easy and the colors are very vibrant and even in between all the strips you get in more expensive packages like this kit. I also like two remotes, a small one for a key fob that just changes color, turns on/off and changes brightness. For advanced functionality you get the flat remote control typical of most LED strips. Many color options with RGBW LEDs on the strip, as well as music activated, blinking and other animated styles. The zippers and shrink tube worked very well, there were no problems with it. The remote control is not in sight, so there is no need for the sensor to be hanging around somewhere. I was able to install the main control box in the rear of a 2015 Ninja 300. while leaving room for tools and a security system.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Good but not great
