What's wrong with positive reviews? I had to take a picture. The stainless steel was so thin I squeezed it. The package was complete. This block reminds me of thin aluminum that can be crushed by hand. Without exaggeration! To be honest I couldn't believe it. I am a cook. I have a 30 year old spaetzle maker and I bought it because it looked like it. A complete scrap! So I ordered 3 World Cuisine spaetzle makers from Wares and Terres. This block is made from 100% durable stainless steel. This is the one I would recommend.
