Bought for hubs as a Father's Day gift. They offered next day delivery. It arrived on time, in its own packaging, in excellent condition. Hub liked it. Washed and used immediately. The convenience of attaching it to the carafe is great. Easy to use. We had no leaks or spills. You need to insist 12-24 hours. He uses 3c H2O per brew. There's enough room in the carafe to brew maybe 2 times, but leave room for ice cream/cream if you're planning on taking it out. We brewed all night (5pm to 5am) for morning coffee to take to work. We used regular coffee grounds (Starbucks, Donut Shop/Dunkin Donut brands). Does not take up much space, brewed at room temperature. Easy cleaning. The carafe keeps the coffee very cold after adding ice. It comes with instructions but we watched YouTube videos. Too bad it came with a larger capacity brewer. I'm thinking of ordering another one to be able to do more at once if needed. It was perfect for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars.
