First off I just want to say what great customer service they have. When I first bought the projector, I thought there was something wrong with mine, but then "SUE" customer service helped immediately, she was very nice with everything, she made everything very easy, she could deliver me another ship immediately exactly the reason i had to go back i thought there was something in the lens but sue told me it was dust so i know and learn new things but overall customer service and the only reason why i give it a 4, wish it was sharper but thats why a projector is cheaper than a tv.
