Bought this knife last February and used it several times. The other day I used it to slice an apple with candy and caramel on the outside. After I started eating the apple, I noticed something very hard, but I didn't know what it was. I also felt like I had sand in my mouth and I was pretty sure it wasn't from the apple as I've had them before and haven't had any issues. The next day I looked at the knife and saw that several pieces had broken off the knife! Thank god I didn't break a single tooth or swallow those pieces! This is VERY dangerous and unsafe! I wonder why a ceramic knife can't cut an apple? An apple is NOT a hard object. It scares me. I think I'll stick with better quality knives like the T-Fal and Cuisinart. I think Revane should put this knife away so it can no longer be bought. It's very touching!
